Managed a few rounds with 25 mg DMSA and 12.5mg of ALA. Have felt very well and stress does not seem to be a problem. I will continue for a bit and will then consider increasing the ALA as both meds should not be increased at the same time. As the ALA is the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier and I had dementia symptoms I feel it is more important I increase that. Again to anyone finding themselves in this position I would now advise you follow Andrew Cutler's chelation protocol as outlined in the Living Network site. I wish I had known chelation could be this symptom free as I would most definitely have started it sooner.

Hi Irene, I was reading your experience, thank you for sharing! I was wondering how you've been doing now? I took out amalgams 5 years ago, but recently been experiencing dementia, which really freaked me out because I'm only 43. I've never really done much to chelate mercury...

Hi Dejana, I'm doing well overall and have now recovered from a number of symptoms, however, this is not an easy substance to get rid of and does need removal by some means. I'm going to send an email to explain the dementia progress I went through. Look out for email from [email protected] in your inbox
