Well my joints and bladder were a little problematic after the previous amalgam removal, but symptoms had settled by 72 hours later. As I did not react with dementia symptoms or heart problems, the remaining five amalgams are all coming out next week which I am pleased at. After that I have been referred to someone else as I have two crowns were the roots are filled with mercury and a resultant amalgam tattoo. So need to see how these get removed.
General health is doing okay on this round of FCT. My emotional health has been up and down in as much as I've been going in and out of a depressive mood. Depression is known to be linked to mercury poisoning. Overall the FCT is both helping or taking the edge off things so I've coped. It seemed to peek last week but have been feeling much better since 10th August and repeated the FCT yesterday so fine today.
After chatting with Gary I decided to do a hair analysis test. Mercury, silver , palladium , amalgam are all high plus metals that mercury binds to it are all high. Aluminium and others are medium. I got Andrew Cutler's book on hair test interpretation and learned that titanium is one of the metals mercury binds to it. I have a few dental implants for childhood dental damage. The titanium levels are currently at the higher end of low. Although I was initially advised not to bother with a hair test as it only really tells you what's being excreted, it's given me valuable insight. It's also something I will be able to have redone in the future to check my progress. However, if you decide to have a hair test done, remember you must be mobilising the metals for a bit before you do it or it could come back negative.
