Sulphur Foods to Mobilise Mercury
The following sulphur foods can assist the mobilization of mercury from the tissues. In some cases symptoms may worsen depending upon how toxic or sensitive to mercury a person is. Sulphur foods are part of the protocol with the chelation method of removing mercury. A good fluid intake is essential to aid excretion of mercury from the body. For safe removal of mercury, guidance should be sought from a qualified practitioner and chelation drugs should be given under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

It can be helpful to keep the ph of the body alkaline when removing mercury as apparently we can't get rid of metals easily from the body if the ph is acidic.
