Very happy to say that even the prodromal dementia symptoms of misplacing items has stopped and stayed away. This would be about 32 weeks after I found out what was wrong with me. Joints are fine and generally I feel really well. I am now having FCT check ups every three months instead of every 2. I admit to being impatient and wanting to move things along a bit. In October I started to take cilantro pesto again - this time sticking to the guidelines and taking it in the morning. I found I could take it without causing any symptoms due to reabsorbing metals.
Vianna Stibal advised to take chlorophyll and ALA as well as cilantro for a long period before considering chelation. I added in chlorophyll and ALA to the midday dose of supplements and found I got symptoms. So I tried taking all supplements in the morning on rising plus cilantro pesto and I managed fine. I then took magnesium, at midday with no ill effects. Glad to be tolerating the ALA as Andrew Cutler advised its the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier. Sadly I pushed my luck as things were going so well. I did one liver cleanse and pulled metals and added some sulphur foods in the morning and my joints flared up. So I realize I am a long way from considering chelation.
By April 2014 I realized that this was wrong. I managed Andrew Cutler's chelation with ease by sticking to his guidelines and would now recommend it.
