Well I decided I won't be taking Homeopathy meantime as I don't want to interfere with the FCT. Had a review of FCT on 27th June. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being poor, I had previously tested as chronic toxicity as the mercury was coming up in my bone marrow at level 3. I've now improved to level 5. Overall improvements include joint pain has almost completely gone; only a very occasional twinge at times. My stomach feels great no digestive problems. Sleeping well. Still managing with less need for lists for what I need to do. Sensitive teeth remain settled and I have now been advised I can go without the mouth guard at night. Low back and shoulders still feeling good and less achy than before. Dentist was happy with the improvement and dental work will now start 10th July.
Well had to abandon the cilantro pesto meantime as I discovered I was not taking the full amount of selenium advised. I thought I had ordered 400mg selenium online but it turned out to be 400mg of vitamin E and 50mg selenium. The good thing is I felt an improvement with the lower dose, so hopefully this will be helpful, however had to judge the dosage due to previous nausea. I took the 400mg at lunchtime and kept my fluid intake up, but had to amend the dose. I found some dizziness returned, which for me now indicates I'm reabsorbing mercury. I did also start having some irritable coughing. So I'm now taking 250 mg selenium on rising and 250 mg at lunchtime and of course keeping my fluid intake up. Happy to say dizziness and coughing seem to have subsided.
Found the glasses I lost months ago, in different cases, which I had no initial recollection of doing. Lost a bottle of shampoo last week for about 48 hours. Could not see it on searching in a cupboard, then did a day or so later. I could at least understand how it came to be there rather than think I did not put it there as before so another improvement. Still doing well with less list dependency. I'll list important things but do what I can from memory before I check it. Feeling great physically. Homeopathy appointment went well , but have to speak with the dentist. |
